Our chicken breast and turkey burgers are free range and hormone free. We use only the best imported unbleached flour. Our vegetables are locally sourced when in season. We bake our own bread and serve a thin crust crispy pizza that will rival New York. We value our guests and our planet. Our restaurant runs on a 169 kw solar field dramatically reducing our carbon footprint.

A Full-Bar that seats 50 people, full dining room, outside dining, private banquet room that seats 100 with its own full bar and private Bathrooms and a handicap accessible entrance. We also have two Olympic size sand volleyball courts and host a corn hole league.
Charles De Michele
Learning the art of making pizza as a young boy, Charles was trained as a Chef in the navy. After his tour of duty, Charles helped open two very successful Pizzeria's in South Jersey. Charles spent two years perfecting his pizza and bread dough recipe before going out on his own. Charles is currently co-owner and head chef of BT Restaurant & Tavern. Our Chef works from a completely scratch kitchen, using only the freshest and finest ingredients available. He's made his footprint in the Florence / Burlington area, with his gourmet pizza and sandwiches on house made bread. Charles is also well versed in many other areas of dining. We offer a full casual daily menu but we also specialize in take out and off premise catering. Every dish is made with pride and it shows!
After a twelve years career on wall street Jim developed an appreciation for great food and wine before becoming a restaurateur in 1995. For the next twenty two years, Jim owned three restaurants and consulted in many other projects including country club and Hotel catering. While working as a consultant in 2016, Jim met Charles De Michele. Jim and Charles shared the same vision of offering the best pizza in NJ with a scratch kitchen and craft bar. Jim currently manages the front of the house. He treats every guest like a family member and will never let a guest leave unhappy. His approach is simple, serve only the very best food with sincerity and gratitude.
